We want every child's first creation to be magical — and if something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how our return and refund process works.

The return window begins on the day your order is delivered, not the day it was placed.

What's covered — and what isn't

We cover return shipping if:
Your printer arrived defective, damaged in transit, or is not as described on our website. Contact us and we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Opened filament spools cannot be returned, as we cannot resell them once the seal is broken. Please make sure you're happy with your colour selection before opening.

Refund outcomes

How to start a return

Need to return something or having an issue?
Email us at support@magicjimmy.com with your order number first. Our team responds within 1–2 business days and can often resolve issues with troubleshooting or a replacement — saving you the hassle of a return.

Prefer to return directly through Amazon?
You can also start a return from Your Orders on Amazon.com.

Please contact us before sending anything back — unrequested returns may not be processed.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.

Items not eligible for return

  • Opened filament spools
  • Digital purchases or in-app Magic Coin credits
  • Items returned outside the applicable return window
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
