Starting from the date of purchase. Covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. MagicJimmy will provide technical support and may repair or replace the defective parts or entire device when applicable.

Quick-Release Nozzle

3-Month Limited Warranty

Covered against manufacturing defects only.

Consumables

Consumable components such as the magnetic base plate, PLA filament, and other wear parts are not covered under warranty once opened, as these items naturally wear during normal use.

Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to damages or failures caused by:

  • Improper use, misuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or external impact
  • Use of incompatible accessories or materials
  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage
