Magic Jimmy and its global affiliates respect your privacy. This notice applies when you purchase or use Magic Jimmy products and services. As a multinational company, your personal information may be collected, processed, or accessed in countries where you use our services or where our affiliates and partners are located. We process information in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy legislation and other relevant laws.
Personal information we collect
Account details (email, display name, username), credentials, contact information (name, mobile, address), payment method type and transaction details — full card numbers are never stored — and messages sent via Magic Jimmy services.
App version, device/browser type, IP address, cookies, print history (if not in Incognito mode), printer connectivity data, camera data (requires explicit consent), and error reports for troubleshooting.
Single Sign-On tokens from Meta, Apple, or Google; transaction data from business partners; advertising and analytics data from Business Tools (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics).

Sharing your information
We share data with affiliated companies for operational support, business partners for fulfilment and customer support, service providers (hosting, payment processing, delivery), and legal authorities where required by law.
